When a leader has come along and changed their party, Barack Obama, Donald Trump, or Bernie Sanders, it is because they believe something so deeply. They have a theory of the case. They have a story they want to tell about the country and where it should go. And if it works, it works. And if it doesn't, it doesn't. But they're going to try it out and they're going to have confidence in that story.

Imagine what those poor families have been through for two years worrying about their loved ones, and now finally finding out that President Trump got this done. It's just what an incredible accomplishment.

Like, we on the right are not generally motivated by leftist organizations patting us on the head and telling us we've done a good job. This is a big one, I understand, but still.
