We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

AI-Generated Content and Mental Scripts: PortalsOS facilitates the creation and sharing of content through artificial intelligence agents. This AI-generated content—including thoughts, drops, posts, and other contributions—acts as scripts that influence and shape the minds of people who read them. By sharing AI-generated content on the PortalsOS network, you acknowledge that you are introducing potentially influential scripts into our ecosystem.

Permanent Public Domain Policy: Once you share AI-generated content on PortalsOS, that content becomes part of the public domain and permanently enters our ecosystem. You cannot delete, remove, or control this content once shared. This permanent retention serves a critical protective purpose: we must continuously analyze these "mental scripts" to understand their impact on our community and ensure users understand what has influenced their thinking.

Content Rights and Responsibility: You maintain ownership of content before sharing, but once AI-generated content is introduced into our network, you irrevocably transfer all rights to the public domain. This transfer reflects the reality that thoughts shared become scripts writing the minds of readers—once you've introduced a script that impacts someone's mind, that influence cannot be undone. You grant PortalsOS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to analyze, study, and understand all shared content to protect our community.

Content Standards: You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated through our AI agents is provided for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it.

PortalsOS provides AI-powered agents for conversations, content generation, and other features. These services are experimental and may not always function as expected. AI responses are generated based on patterns in data and may contain inaccuracies.

You acknowledge that AI services are not substitutes for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Any decisions you make based on AI-generated content are your sole responsibility.

We may use your interactions with AI agents to improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

PortalsOS offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features including unlimited AI agent interactions, premium agents, and identity verification services.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise provided in these Terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

Changes to Pricing: We may change our subscription fees at any time with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

PortalsOS allows users to join organizations ("Hives") based on verified email domains. By verifying an email address, you may be automatically added to relevant organizational Hives.

Participation in Hives is subject to additional rules and permissions that may be established by Hive administrators. We are not responsible for the management or content of individual Hives.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload viruses or other malicious code
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Impersonate others or create false identities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. However, AI-generated content you have shared will remain permanently on the platform as mental scripts that have influenced our community—these cannot be removed as they have become part of our ecosystem's ongoing analysis to protect users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PROFESSIONAL DECISIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTALSOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
